Pastors Randy and Maribel Landis, Founders of Life Church, established a once modest congregation in 1990 that has since grown into a vibrant, diverse community spanning six locations in Eastern Pennsylvania. Randy, an Allentown native, leverages his extensive experience as a church consultant, missionary, and mentor to pastors globally. Maribel holds a Master’s from The Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies and she takes pride in being one of the 1st Hispanic Registered Nurses in Allentown, later becoming a bilingual oncology nurse educator at The John and Dorothy Morgan Cancer Center, teaching countless hispanics in the Lehigh Valley. She passionately leads the church’s worship and creative ministry, as she continues to be the Executive Pastor of Worship and Creative.  Together, they have led Life Church from its inception as "Church on the Move" into a dynamic spiritual home for thousands, fueled by a mission to lead others into God's presence through authentic worship and dedicated service. After thirty-four years as Senior Pastors of Life Church, the Landis’s now serve as Founding Pastors, after passing the baton of Lead Pastors to Jon and Andrea Schwartz, in March 2024. Randy and Maribel remain an active part of Life Church, serving and supporting, Lead Pastor’s Jon and Andrea, in a variety of ways.

Pastor Randy founded Rino Global Solutions, a multi-faceted solutions-oriented company, providing professional support services and expertise to churches and organizations to establish and expand their global footprint. He and his daughter, Natalie Landis recently launched the Rino Foundation, the official missions arm of RGS dedicated to serving under-resourced communities around the world in memory of Randall ‘Bubba’ Landis, Jr.
