Life Church has always been a house of prayer. One of our rhythms as a church is to come together twice a year  to pray and prepare our hearts for what God is going to do in the next season of ministry. We do this because we EXPECT God to move, and we need to prepare our hearts and our House for a move of God.

We are inviting everyone to take part in this 21 Days of Prayer.  We’re going to be praying for our church—for our pastors and leaders; for our volunteers, and for everyone who will walk through our doors to know Jesus and walk in their purpose. We’ll pray for our communities, for our schools, our neighbors, our co-workers, and we’ll be praying for our country—for unity.  

What We're Praying For

Week 1: Pray for Our Community
 

  • Pray for your neighbors

  • Pray for your coworkers

  • Ask God to reveal to you who you could invite to church this upcoming holiday season

  • Pray for our schools and our students who are returning to school both locally and those going away to college

  • Pray that we would experience revival in the Lehigh Valley, Berks County, & beyond

 
Week 2: Pray for our country
 

  • Pray for unity: That as a body of believers, we would be known more for what we stand for, than what we're against. 

  • Pray for the upcoming presidential election 

  • Pray for our local government officials
     

Week 3: Pray for our church
 

  • Pray for our pastors & leaders: Give them wisdom & endurance as they pour out their hearts leading and preparing to teach the Word. 

  • Pray for our volunteers: Thank you Lord for the many volunteers that faithfully serve our house. Pray that more volunteers would step up to serve with purpose & passion. Help all of our volunteers to be serving in step with the Holy Spirit—that we would be sensitive to his prompting as we serve the house.

  • Pray for everyone who will walk through the doors: that many would come to know Jesus, find community, & purpose within our church. 

  • Pray for the launch of Life Church Center Valley: that we would find favor within the community and reach more people for Jesus. 

  • Pray for our Founding & Lead Pastors, Randy & Maribel, and our Lead Pastor Successors, Jon & Andrea, as they continue to prepare for their leadership transitions
