Welcome to the
Protégé School of Leadership
We develop leaders through practical and transformational teaching. We teach through in class instruction as well as real life opportunities to serve in different areas and capacities within the local church. Our objective is to fully develop each student to achieve God’s calling on their life through equipping them with His Word as well as developing their God given gifts and talents.
Applications are now closed for the '23-'24 Year 1 cohort. Applications for the next cohort will open in summer of 2024.

Year 1: Leadership Development
Two semesters, Fall & Spring
24 weeks total
In-person classes at Penn State LV Campus
Classes are on Monday nights
Each cohort is about 45 students or less
Application deadline:
August 30

Monday, September 25
Requirements to apply:
Completed Growth Track
Regular monthly tithes/offering
Serve on a volunteer team
Approval of Campus Pastor
$25 non-refundable application fee

Year 2: Ministerial Development
Application requirements are different for Year 2, as it is a different program. Some students will only take Year 1 and some may take both.
